My Two Cents
It's easy to find yourself lost in the noise. However, once you find your voice and be clear about who you are, you cannot go unnoticed. There is an audience waiting to hear from you and being loud won't draw them any closer. When it's time for them to receive what you have to offer, the timing, the tone, the volume will be perfect. Practice speaking to and not at. It can begin in the mirror with the person that looks back at you. Then utilize the skills you develop when interacting with those closest to you. It will take a lot of effort but I know you're up for it! Go be you! Shhhhhhh....they don't have to hear you coming...Just show up!
