About Sherise

Pastor Sherise Lindsay has been affectionately referred to as “sheRise” because of her positive spirit. She currently serves as Senior Pastor of Piney Grove United Methodist Church in Advance, N.C. Her motto is, “Let Elevation be Your Motivation” and she believes that you take others with you on your way up!

Pastor Sherise is a graduate of both Winston-Salem State University and North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Masters degree in Adult Education. Most importantly, she is anointed by the God to share His word and love His people.
